Are You Feeding Your Thoughts?

Anytime that you have thoughts that make you think about other people in a uncharitable way is not a good thing. I would say that it, I don't know if it's like all the way to like sinful. It depends on how much you probably stew or like let that overcome you. If just this anger is like, just kind of bothering you, but you are actively choosing and like trying to move on then maybe it's time to go for a walk. You will be judged by your thoughts. Yes.
