How Much Muscle Gain Can You Really Get?

There's no conclusive answer to just how big and strong can you get. Average guy is probably going to be able to gain forty five pounds of muscle over the course of his lifetime, regardless of what he does inside the gim and outside of the gym. Some outliers who can gain a bit more than that. If somebody knows what they're doing, within a decade or so they're going to have more or less their best possible physique if the've been doing a lot of correct things.
