How to Deal With Anxiety
When you feel really anxious, it's like your brain is racing to try to be like, what can we do to get rid of this anxiety? Right. You already have a way, which is you have to open up to the sadness. As long as you're not willing to open to the sadness, you're going to feel anxious. I think that there's no way around that sadness. If your mother passes away, you are going to feel that sadness. So, yeah, it's coming down the pike. And you get to decide whether you want to hold off the water and hold off the flood or if you want to go into full-blown depression.
