The horse is covered in green and gold, with a thong lacing up the tail. In some way, it was strung with gold bells, which resounded and shone. So no waking man had witnessed such a warrior or weird war horse. If something's other worldly, it's strange and weird - like it comes from a n world were weird, other worldly.
