Diversity in the Investment Banking Industry

I think diversity can be, will be a differentiator over time. Big investment banks have figured this out. They go on pitches to public companies with 10 white guys sitting across the table. If they send five white guys into a client that doesn't, that doesn't look like that. Um, is a group think at some point, and that's a good,. you know, and how do you integrate new people on the team as you grow? Yeah. So that's all I got.
