King Henri III was stabbed to death, assassinated before he could have a son. King Henri IV had to renounce Protestantism and become Catholic in order to be crowned. A fanatical Catholic named Francois Revayac got Henri IV after 18 assassination attempts. Louis XV's ultimate fate was the same as Revi-X, a punishment reserved for regicide.
