Transparency in the Workplace?

Every week, i'd try not to hide behind a curtain like any advicen that part of it. We're all remote, so we adopted a tool when we first started called status hero which lets us do transparent up dates across the whole team. I think especally, when you get to ten or more employees, your the transparency breaks down because it's just impossible for everyone to see what everybody else is doing. So you have to build a system that enables that transparency. What we're doing right now is adopting ok rs. This is a system for managing and organizing the whole business from the top down. And it gives people transparency into the top level objectives of the company.
