kelse says it can be difficult to find that confidence in charging. She believes you really are a coach when you can help someone get a clear transformation or result. But the thing i feel like that we get nervous about as coaches is defining what that result or transformation is. And so they come to the table, and being able to simplify and define what's a singular transformation or a singular result i want to help some one with is really difficult.
