The Importance of Experiential Intelligence
It might not be fully consciously, but you have a sense of what your assets are. It's not just about the list of achievements on your resume. The second one though is to look at the experiences you have and it doesn't have to be the traumas can be little things. And it's in awareness of those self limiting beliefs because all the, you know, your experiences create limiters as well as enablers for how you think.
