Zoom UTX - Should We Do the Little Things?

I had this very optimistic idea that I would carve this thing up into a bunch of smart tiny changes and do it bit by bit so that everybody could follow along, be sure that every every step of it was safe. In hindsight, I really regret that in some ways, because I think it winds up dragging things out to an incredible degree. It makes everybody fatigued. And like with a consensus change, you don't want to make the community kind of lazy. So there's a tension between having these big, almost reinventions of Bitcoin scripting but they are pretty hefty.
