The History of Anti-Worker Anti-Union Sentiment in the Courts

The courts enjoined about 25% of boycotts in the early 1900s and by the 1950s, 46% of all boycotts. So this is very longstanding. There's also a history of criminal conspiracy and anti-trust suits, not against big corporations, but against unions themselves.
