People in full time vocational ministry are overly hesitant to ask volunteers to commit to something that requires a fairly significant commitment. We're hesitant to ask some one to step into a key volunteer roll at the church, and yet we know that that person is a cross fit or marathon runner. And so i think often where we've missed it ad when we're in vocational ministry as we don't recognizea how significant it is for us to be the one saying, this is the vision, and it's so compelling"
