Investing is kind of strange. You know, a lot of people can find good businesses. But then maintaining a high functioniing team over time that's making these complex decisions, a fraught with cognitive bias, is basically impossible. And so having a team that can overcome that is probably the most important part. I think that's perhaps why people fail on some of the other points, especially rond porfo construction and mentringan.
