Short Term Rental Investing

When i get the property, i'll rent it out when i'm not there. And then what that allows for you to do is probably either cover yoer cost, or come close to covering your cost,. maybe make alitle bit of a profit on the short term rentals. That's correct. I also do it from aa fund level. So we have a a profit motive. So i don't stay in those properties. One could do that, and i do that personally. But separt an apart from that, in the stamp capital portfolio, we're there for profit, and i don't staying in those locations. M i try and highlight all the benefits of short term rental
