Steve Bannon's Sentencing
The former White House adviser was sentenced to four months in prison for a misdemeanor. The Justice Department is viewing this as a victory, but if it's overturned on appeal there would be a new trial. If ultimately he will have to serve this sentence and in the federal system, you serve under 12 months, there's no parole and there's no time off for good behavior.
