The Importance of Imagining Beyond the Screen

The best design has had somebody's heart and soul poured into it. I think that if we did get comfortable in our work, I think that means we stop learning. We team up with people in a way that says we respect you. We respect your process and we want to make it better. That's why research is a part of everything that we do. The thing about designers and developers is how creative they think and this is their art.
