The Misconceptions About Patterns
The posa form has an explicit solution section, and it explicitly marks and lists the forces. The pattern is suggesting what kind of tradeoffs I have to consider. It's probably a good thing to keep the term pattern separate from automating certain code transformations in tools that are probably better called templates.
