Ministers are tasking the a amos, or the folks who run the grid, with setting up a gas reserve. And that didn't exist before. The reason for that is to have some gas on stand when you hit problems like the problems that we're hitting at the moment. But the costs of that, obviously, that's not cost free, to have a stock of gas on hand. So who ultimately pays for that? Is that consumers, or who pay for that?
