I've been a fan for years, but I'd love to take you back to where it all began and what is your earliest memory of food? Oh, yapko setikim. This was my favorite snack. So it was basically like a nice tart green apple thinly sliced, a little bit of lemon juice and a thin slice of either Havarti or like a Swiss or a Greer or an Emmenthaler.
