Latino Gangs in Los Angeles Are a Threat to Blacks

Since 1990, the African American population of Los Angeles has dropped by half. The LAPD estimates that there are now 22,000 Latino gang members in the city of LA alone. In Highland Park, several racially motivated greenlight murders have been committed by members of the avenues over the past seven years. Almost all of those Latino gang members who live in L.A. are loyal to the Mexican Mafia and indoctrinated with violent racism.
