The drugs actually seem to reduce activity in a lot of cortical regions. The main theory about hyperactive sexual desire disorder is that it's a bit of a conflict between a bottom up and a top down influence. So what we tended to find was reductions in activity with these drug treatments in these kind of cortical more self monitoring related areas.
