Melanie writes: I've been jogging recently and pretty consistently spending most of my time 15 to 20 minutes in zone five. My max heart rate is way higher than what's calculated on the whoop app. What you can do is click on your profile in the top left of the home screen on the phone app, then click all time. Follow up with membership services on that one if you find you're still having issues.
