The Kiss Method
Don't go into the gym and just try to move as much weight as you possibly can. Focus on your form and your detail. Give them a little bit more attention. Do some abs or some cardio. Shut it down. Repeat another body part tomorrow. Keep it simple. Don't hold it complicated. I like that too that the kiss method keep it stupid simple like it just doesn't need to be complicated. The choice of what I do is on me right so if I turn on a belt like last night for example, I did a 20 minute run. Well, I don't want to run for 20 minutes. I'm like 13 minutes in and I'm ready to quit.
