Are You in Cahoots With Your Coworker?

The idea is to keep people completely off balance. So you can't just go after the saboteurs. It's okay, basically, if somebody who hasn't done a thing wrong, one ends up getting caught up at it because then everybody is on edge. Because very quickly it becomes why didn't you turn in your coworker who's a saboteur? Are you in cahoots with him? Right. And what are you supposed to say to that? Well, no, I just didn't notice. You're not being vigilant, comrade, in this kind of great revolution. You don't care. So there's nothing you can say.
