Lysander and Sulla

Plutarch: Lysander committed the most of his transgressions for the sake of his comrades. Sulla reduced the number of Pompey's soldiers out of envy, and tried to take away from Dola Bella, the naval command which he had given him. And when Othella wanted to run for the consulship as a reward for his many great services, Sulla ordered him to be slain before his eyes. So in sum, one of Lysander's flaws was that he took his friends side, even when they were bad and did unjust things.
