Discipline of Slow on a Sabbath

On sabbath, i try to remember that discipline slow. It's having transitions before you go from one activity to the next. I'm being attentive to to windows and to god through what's around me. Same thing with i gang, with friendships, with my daughters,. With with art, with music. You nough to be aware mver, it's part of your sabbath an. You come to church. And just, i sometimes get overwhelmed with music, just the gift of god in music. But everything in our culture fights against this exquisite delight and time being holy.
