Gratitude Practices Are So Important
Our brains are wired to focus on criticism, that we will, in fact, remember one negative comment instead of the 99 positive ones. This is why gratitude practices are so important for our health and our happiness because we re direct from lack and worry. The self critical, impostor sindrome, you know, tave me energy. So instead of focusing on those moments and ruminating and dwelling, i am going to make a point to continue shifting my focus and attention to what is good,. What is worth celebrating, the momentum that is generating.
