How to Deal With Emotions

The emotion can actually prompt the action. So I get an email and I am angry because someone has said something to me. Then the question is, all right, have I misinterpreted what they've said? Is it possible? Do I have all the facts? The opposite can also happen, which is you go right down that anger funnel. Next thing you know, if you don't break that, negative emotions are an early warning system. If you feel those things, don't deny them. Just address them.
