There's an opportunity to say it's one or the other, no matter what's going on. You could interpret any of that as an increase in agency or a decrease because you could say, well look no, I'm altering his capacity to do work through molecular intervention. So therefore he doesn't have free will because I'm giving him this thing. But from my perspective, I'm like no no I'm doing this. That's the way you just framed it right there. Is it a prison or is it a playground is a really important question.
