The Nature of the Second Coming of Christ

Matthew 24 verses 37 to 44 says, as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. The nature of the return of Christ therefore requires readiness on the part of believers precisely because they do not know the time of his return. In short then, the second coming of Christ is such that it is a personal, glorious, decisive, sudden and unexpected event terminating human history.
