At the very top of this pyramid, there's purpose. Just below it is identity and just below it is values,. Then beliefs, then behaviors and then environment. The things that are the lowest are what's most conscious to us. As you move up to a i miss one, potential is in there as well. And actually purpose, you're actually working on a spiritual level.

In today's episode, I'm bringing back Reese Evans from Yes Supply to discuss how she's integrating scientific research into her amazing coaching program!
