The New Challenges for Leaders

Honeywell had good values, but you couldn't talk about im was an engineers company. And so i realize that sometimes i could help do a lot more at matronic than i could have in the big bureaucracy that was honeywell those days. We're going through a massive change in leadership, from the baby bumers that have ruled the rus for the last 30 years to the new generations,. gen x, millennials, gen and i cant. I like to see this happen very quickly. Because the new leaders know how to lead in crisis. They are really much more attuned to leading with purpose.
