The Importance of Reading Nonfiction
This book was one of the first anti-racist texts that I read that really like viscerally and clearly explained and showed whiteness to me without centering whiteness. And it's hard to say what is life changing for me about the book, but I do know that after I read the book, I understood my relationship to white people totally differently. So those are just a couple of ways that this book changed my life. But I feel like that scratching the surface and we'll get into it a lot more throughout this podcast.
