So much of this field is kind of a calling as a field. We tend to have more highly sensitive people, people with neurodivergence that are in these positions. It's interesting for me as a consultant where you step into systems and say, Well, here are some of my recommendations. And ultimately it's going to be up to you to how you're implementing them.
