The State of Humiliation

In Christ's humiliation, in his taking on the incarnation, taking on flesh is an act of humiliation, an act of condescension in love. And so we shouldn't, him becoming human isn't necessarily, isn't negative. That's a humbling, a humiliation, a condescension, but it's not a negative thing. We're told he does not come into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world in John 3 17.
