Flea Bag - The Humanity Inside the Woman
Flea bag was written in 20 12, 20 13 - a time when the movement of feminism started moving again. I feel like fleaback has a real place there but it's like she's this iconocrastic, countercultural feminist. And i couldn't work out what it was, and i had to write the fords for the play, and i suddenly realized what it was that i feel like she is the human being deep down inside the woman. When a woman gets to put down, like the luggage of gendered ex ations, because all we can do is women, is live up to gendered expectations or defy them.
