I want to finish this year thinking about our friends in Ukraine. The suffering is unimaginable, but their bravery is awe-inspiring. I was delighted to see the new so-called Freeport announced last week. As the A3 narrows through Guilford, it is sadly the most polluted road in the strategic road network. Short-term sticking plasters like putting up nine metre high air pollution barriers that will entrench divisions in Guilford is not acceptable to me or my constituents.
