Open Source - What's Your Current Level of Knowledge?

A lot of the education that i've gotten has been on the job, working and working with other people who taught me a lot of stuff. I'm like a normal salaried employee at an open source company which is kind of cool. We actually use the business model that i mentioned about having different licenses for like, commercial s, private usage. But it's, in a sense, coincidental, because it doesn't directly impact the projects that you're talking about or the one you're telling us bout.
