How to Sell a Property in Emerging Markets
When you're first starting out keep five acres market value under $100,000. That's kind of the price point I look at that's where I see people having the most success. Make sure the average piece of land so not a lakefront property. No defects on it find normal pieces property and make sure they're moving.
