When you have experienced hardship in life, it seems that nothing is tough. Nothing is tougher. You don't think about it every day, neither do you forget it. It's your grounding. So i suppose if you have experienced a hardship, nothing is so hard any more. Adds a great perspective. Its a grey perspective. I appreciate you saying it like that.
