How Long Does It Take to Adjust to Alternate Day Fasting?

There have not been consistent sex differences. Some of the best results we've seen was in resistance trained females. Caviat is, some of these studies haven't fully quatified some relevant factors that would important in an overall female health. I think other understudied areas like low energy and relative energy deficiency make it more reasonable to question whether aggressive protocols are appropriate for inactive women.
