The Importance of Sustainability in E-Commerce

I think that, you know, their supply chain is so obscure and so little is kind of known about it. The few kind of people who've managed to get on the ground and film documentaries about it have been, I guess, the closest to the source in terms of anything else going on. It drives me a little crazy when a company will get really huge on pretty unethical practices and then say like, well, we're pledging to reduce our unethical practices by 5% or whatever.
