The Importance of Non-Commercial Games

Doug laments the lack of attention paid to non-commercial and non-mass audience games. What does a better world look like? That's a big one maybe that can be a whole future episode. I don't think there's another artistic media that has anywhere close to the kind of capacity to reach people and or find success that games have, it's really cool.
