How to Craft a Great Presentation

If you wrote down a script of the things that you wanted to say, not only does each person learn different ways, but also it just takes away from the genuineness. You know enough about your audience or whoever you're talking to to be able to tailor what you say to what's going to land best for them. But even then, you've got to have the situational awareness to know this is a good moment to bring this up or this is a moment that I shouldn't.
