Did You Bring Your Emotions Into the Deliberative Process?
The Florida law you know personally should we be able to consider mitigating factors that you know I'm not necessarily for that but we have been instructed time and time again these are the rules it was more emotional for myself the other jurors and even the defense attorneys during the impact statements yet we could not consider all of that in our our determination. When you have 12 very diverse unique individuals on a jury and I'm no mathematician I just think it's pretty hard press to assume despite you know the facts in the case that all 12 would ultimately go for the death penalty.
