The Government's Responsibility to See Further Than Us

The rate of globalization is going a lot faster. This is nothing new. It's just with technology and other things. The question I think it's not to blame what has already happened. But as a government, you should force, you should be able to foresee things like that. Retool your citizens through education policies to give them new opportunities and a changing workforce.
