The Master's Tools Are Needed, Right?
Tagging is the first step, but then there's multiple steps beyond that. We need to insure that the power base is at the bottom of the pyramid in terms of citizens engaging as with the level of consciousness. And we can use all the same nudging tools to try to induce good behaviors or to incentivize them through gamification. But do we create autonomous human beings that way? Or are we just in an arms race against the bad guys to control beha ar better than they do?
