Impaired Executive Functions - What Do You Learn From That?
If memory is an issue for us, we will not recall that experience easily. So it is absolutely important, imperative, that you write it down. And i look at my wall here in my office, i have so many sticky notes to myself of your doing this because of this, this is happening because of that. Because i constantly need that visual reminder to myself. When i was in my twenties, i didn't need this many sticky notes. These meant this many vision boards and all that i remembered it. Now, in my forties, i have accepted the fact that my memory is not as sharp. Also, there's way too many more things going on in my life.
