I was reading through Genesis yesterday on my Sabbath and I read the story of Joseph from start to finish. God used Rahab, a sex worker, Ruth, a Moabai, Asa, a wicked king right here in the genealogy. And he can use anything. If you're anything like me, then you show up before God with pride and with humiliation,. With success and with failure and behind you is a string of disappointment and let down. How can God use that? In particular, our wounding. We think that it's only our healing that God can use. Remember, He was a crucified Messiah in the language of the prophet. By His stripes, we are healed
