Quantity and Stats - What Skills Should I Be Developing Right Now?
I think there's a lot of different approaches. And I think certainly one of my missions has been to try and make the whole idea of statistics and quantification less intimidating for people. So many people that say they did not go into UX because they have a strong quant is just not what I see. It's unfortunate people can use statistics almost as a weapon to humiliate other people. My goal is, of course, to give people, I guess, a shield against those weapons here.
